Hello~ My name is Johna. I'm an Educational Interpreter currently working in the 8th grade setting. We are gearing up for a Washington State History Fair at the end of the month. I am looking for resources pertaining to Famouse deaf people from Washington State. My student will be dressing up as this individual and acting out their lives for children from the elementary with parents and teachers as well. Could anyone offer insight as to any people that are famouse and deaf from Washington State. We know of Derrek Coleman #40 from Seattle Sehawks. She decided she was not interested in acting him out, so now I'm at a loss. Can anyone help me? I areally appreciate your time! Thank you~
