Hey all! I'm Sarah. I'm hearing- interested in deaf culture and such. This interest arose out of having 2 interpreting majors for roommates and constantly being surrounded by the deaf and ASL. I seek to understand the culture better and learn the language so I can communicate with all the lovely people out there with whom I have a language barrier simply because I can hear and they can't. I'm learning some signs, but it's very "english," I'm working on it though. So yeah... that's me.
