Hey everyone,
I'm studying ASL at University at Buffalo (NY). I've been signing since I was about 11, but a lot of the signs I picked up were what my teacher calls "old signs". Our teacher is great, she gives us a lot of really interesting assignments to do, and we have to attend a lot of Deaf events in the community during the semester. This is my first "real" formal class in ASL because I tested out of the first year of it. I have always wanted to do interpreting in it, or at least know it fluently, but I want to go to med school too...I'm too ambitious for my own good. Any others in the B-lo area let me know!
