I'm 18, been hard of hearing since I was maybe 5. I had a lot of terrible hearing aids over the years, but now I've got a really awesome CI.

I'm in college doing university transfer courses. I play drums in a pipe band and I'm starting a punk group with some guys from work. Isn't it hard to play music when you're deaf, people ask? Yes. Yes it is. Nice to meet you all.
 
Thanks. I've been looking around. It's a bit raunchier than I expected. I like :P
