What happen when 1 billion people helping each other for good, for sure everyone, including Jiro start packing and move in China.
 
The guy filming it must have thought it was funny because he kept laughing.

It looked totally dangerous and illegal to me. I guess the traffic laws in China are not the same as in the USA.
 
LOL, I think this could happen anywhere. In Texas such an adventure begins with "Hold my beer and watch this"....
