Help with Avatar

I have been frustrated downloading my picture on avatar..I tried to use imageshack and glowfoto...seems not succeed...

Is there anyelse I could do? please help! Thanks!
 
Are you trying to download the dolphins picture from your avatar to your computer, or you're trying to use a picture from the web or computer and use it as your avatar?

Im trying to use a picture from my computer to use it as my avatar...Im talking about when you click on start, then click on my pictures...that's what Ive been trying to do..
