2. For how long before you got your hearing aids did you suspect you had a hearing loss?
I think it was before I entered preschool. I remember wearing them and bodyworn FM in preschool.
3. How long do you wear your hearing aids each day?
Morning until night.
4. Do you feel like you get benefit from your hearing aids? It help me access to spoken language and environmental sounds. (and musics... because without it, I would be wearing a headphone and blast the volume all the way up and can hear it that way)
5. What complaints do you have about your hearing aids?
Wish they were waterproof <---- hint to all hearing aids engineers who might be reading this: I personally think FM or Bluetooth would help with waterproof because It will signals instead of using the microphone on the earpiece. But you'll have to keep the microphone outside of the pool though.
Feedbacks and background noise... BUT I want that background noise for music (no background filter for the music)
6. Do you feel like your hearing aids have lived up to what your audiologist or hearing aid dealer told you they would do?
digital, no... but it was new to the market at the time. Analog, yes.
7. Did you get your hearing aids from an audiologist or a hearing aid dealer?
