Hello to everyone.

I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I'm not deaf, in fact, I've had very little contact with the deaf community until recently. I do a lot of commercial audio and public address systems, and I've just been asked to upgrade an existing system with video to support interpretation and ASL-only events. I might also end up designing systems to go into new construction projects. So, I figured I'd better educate myself before I assumed I knew what needed done.

Is there any of the subforums that would be most appropriate for me to ask some more specific questions?

As for your question... The Deaf Technologies forum is probably the type of subforum you are looking for. Another one would be the Hearing Aids & Cochlear Implant subforum.
