Hello,
My name is Angela and I live in Florida. I am married to a HIS/hearing rehab specialist, who loves his job. He is the chairman of the board of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services here in the area and the topic came up about those who cannot hear and videos on the Internet.
This got me to thinking of how people with hearing impairment access info on the Internet. There has been a shift of using videos in e-learning, as it is more engaging and one can get to know the site owner/seller, however, if you have no way of knowing what they are saying, I would think you miss this connection.
I am wanting to try to get more site owners/producers of info to make their message/info more accessible to those with hearing impairment and have put together a 6 question survey to make sure there is a need for this before delving too deeply.
All feedback would be greatly appreciated.
SURVEY
Thanks,
Angela
