I'm new to all this and especially this site.
I'm 36 and from Southend on Sea in the U.K. and have recently been diagnosed with hearing loss and now have a hearing aid in one ear.
The other ear can't have one due to a cholesteatoma infection several years ago.
Anyone else from the UK please say hi - it's been a difficult journey for me to get this far but I'd love to find people to talk about this condition with.
