I wonder why is not okay to visit deaf or hearing friend house without letting her know or permission?

I saw in real life or movie or everything else but why is it okay in america? I knew in philippines or china, it is okay to visit friend house without letting know.

well - that depends on relationship between you and other friend. If he/she is your good friend, it is ok to visit without advanced notice but don't do it too much. Sometimes is ok.

If you want to visit without advanced notice, do not visit them during personal hours such as dinner time, lunch time, sleeping time, working time, etc.
