hi there my name is katy. i am currently in taking a sign language class at the university of south florida in sarasota, fl and i heard this was a good website for the deaf community to communicate some of their feelings. i was interested in learning some more about the deaf community because i am very interested in sign language and hope to continue with it through my school. i hope that someone would please help me answer some questions that i have. if not thanks anyways for your time.

I've been learning ASL for almost 5 years now. Its fun learning & very interesting. But yes also alot to learn. Good Luck to you:)
