Hi ADers,
I am back.. I have been so busy and went through too much things so I am here.
What went on with me.. I lost my job and was evicted from my old apartment by my ex roommate/boss over personal issues that wasn't related to my old job and roommate issues.
During my time in St. Paul I have become very successful in politics such as sat on senate district's board of directors, Minnesota Deafblind Assocation (MDBA) Board of Directors. I worked on alot of campaigns, met Obama 4 times.
I also joined deaf church and started to go to Thompson Hall on monthly basis until I had to move back home. I wanted to keep seeing my friends that are not in political arena and keep up with my ASL because I realized that I was starting to lost my ASL because I wasn't socializing with deaf people that much. With my pastor who are well known in deaf community in Minnesota and he also is very active with Deafblind community so he was one that work hard to bond Deaf and Deafblind communities together so now I notice that deaf community are starting to accept Deafblind people here in Minnesota.
A few friends of mine died (one of them was deaf lady, Diane Shur).
I had to move back home and am thinking about going back to school in fall.
Since I got laid off from my old job and I want to keep up with my passion at Minnesota State Capitol so I have decided to be a blogger. You could check my blog site at Rach's Political Report
Hope to hear from my old friends here on AD.
