Hi, I'm 22 yo from Tacoma, WA. My ex partner who was deaf gave me my love for deaf culture and ASL. I knew absolutely nothing and now have been learning ASL and about deaf culture for 1 year and 3 months. In the future my goal is to be an interpreter. I hope to meet some new friends here! *smiles*
 
Hello, welcome :) How do you plan to accomplish that goal? Just curious :P
 
My sister lives in Tacoma, WA. I am sure there are resources in the area for you to get started on ASL.
