Welcome, Jenny. I was similar to you growing up. Hated wearing my HAs and was afraid of what others would think. Now, I wear them all the time. Even though they don't really help with understanding speech, I still want people to see them and know that I have a hearing loss. HAs are part of my identity now, and I'm proud of it!Good on you!
