I joined alldeaf.com because (1) I am interested in learning American sign language and decided to become more involved in communitites, and (2) because I am an undergraduate student at Salve Regina University and chose to write my entire term paper on the factors that influence vocational choice and compare between deaf/hard of hearing and hearing individuals. I know this is a strech but if anyone would like to comment about your career or even "dream job" as a child growing up with little to no hearing, it would be greatly appreciated!! Any stories or close to home examples would be incredible. Hope your holiday season is going well
