Just wanted to say hello to all of you. If you are in MN, let's get to know one another.

My wife just happens to be in Minneapolis right now. If you see her at the Mall of America, please pry the credit card from her hands and run like hell.

My wife and I have a 3 year old son and a 4 month old daughter. A guy that I know calls me baby maker - that's where I get my name here.

Have a wonderful day

Welcome aboard, are you hearing as you said in your avatar? What makes you interested in this forum? I know there are few hearies here too!
Is your wife or children deaf? (Sorry for personal Q) :bye:

Hello and welcome to Alldeaf babymakerdaddy! As someone already inquired in this thread, do you know of anyone that is Deaf/Hoh? Or are you just interested in getting to know what it's like to be a part of the Deaf/Hoh community? Anyhow, hope you'll enjoy your stay here!

Off-topic:
Levonian, no sweat, *looking at the time...*, the stores are now closed and she's probably at a UPS location trying to fill a semi-truck full of cases of bananas to help wash down your worries and miseries (>>for the maxing out of the credit cards<<) so you can brew up some of your infamous banana beers!! :smoking:

Hello and Welcome to AD!

( Hey Levonian, remind me to thank your lovely wife for the gifts she send to me and Roadrunner ....she didn't have to spend 4 hundred dollars on us and Thank goodness, it wasn't just bananas) :smoking:

My wife is an interpreter for the deaf in our church. We went to the same college in Florida where we both learned sign language.

Hey, DeafSCUBA98, Isn't Eagan a wonderful city?

Also, racheleggert, what part of the twin cities are you from?

Feel free to ask me any other questions.

Trent

I'm your neighbor- Inver Grove Heights, but I live close to West St. Paul/South St. Paul. If I want to go to Eagan, have to go through Mendota Heights. I used to live in Eagan for only like 4 months, have you heard of neighborhood called Westscott Hills?? Its really bad area!!!! I used 2 live there, not safe walking at night by alone!!!

I assume Westcott Hills is near the Wescott branch library? My boss lives in IGH.

Question for you - my church is having a contest to see who can bring the most visitors. I would like to invite you to come as my guest. I will be gone, though, this Sunday (10/31), but will be back the first Sunday in November. Here is a link to my church's web-site www.fbcrsmt/org

I hope to see you there at 9:45. Let me know if you will be able to come or not.

I used to go that church but not anymore.... altough some peeps there may know who I am such as Pastor Clear. I've stopped going to church in 1996 due to so many things. Now my religion is non dementional. I think westscott library is by that neighborhood.... last summer there was shooting, that what my boss at a campaign told me, how scary it is! thank god I don't live there anymore....
