No. I'm sure you can find someone that has a cam that would cam chat.

Video chats are not available on this site but some of us AD'ers do have some video chat softwares, depending on these people some of them have ooVoo and the others have Camfrog. MSN isn't a good option though since it crashes down most of the time, they have a crap server.
