Before I got my sidekick, every time I go into the bar I always bring paper and pen ready, most people come and talk then after while they try to leave to avoid me... then later on after I got my sidekick, people come to me and find I'm deaf then they will be willingly to type on my sidekick to communicate with me if we are unable to understand each other... Remmy  most deaf ususally do this!
