felt like you want to quit job if someone telling you what to do? or being picked on instead of other people??
 
Yes.. i always feel that way.. but i continue.. but There's gonna be someday.. only someday i'm QUITTINg so soon... after i am done with my vacation :P

i have a cold hard plans on quitting after getting the stakeholders, after the 5 year anniversary (which i get more investment), and the vacation hours added.. then i'm DONE.. take revanage of them :lol:
 
same above as deafscuba ... i can't wait to leave this job as i am going to look for another job then kick and bye this job i am sick of that stupid supervisor nag at me nearby everyday
 
Yes I had this once at old job. It was a teacher that I worked with (I worked as one-to-one specialist)... she's a moron. Whenever problem occurs, she will blame me. She cannot face the fact that she cannot teach any crap. All teachers know that but she apparently refused to face the fact *shrugs*

After one year of hell with her, I finally dropped off the two-week notice and left with a biggest smile on my face. I found a different job that pays me very well so I am happy.

Few years later, I heard that they have to re-locate her to different position, it got me laugh about it.

its been so long that I had to follow orders. Been a boss for past 10 years so Im the one who is nagging others to do their jobs LOL

yeah.. same thing with my supervisior.. if he sees' a small mistake he naggs.. too much.. thats' one reason why i'm quitting.. but the MOST reason why i'm quitting is because their insurance is pain in the ass and full of BS... also the payroll cut is full of BS.. the 3rd reason why .. is because the newly hired people make less than what people who are hired before june 2004.. for example the start pay for people before june 2004 is $10 a hour.. now the new start pay is $6.. is that fair for those new people? ME and my other co-workers who work long enough was supposed to keep our mouth shut about that and can't spread the word about how much we earn.. so i believe thats totally crap and BS.. very UNFAIR to newly employees
 
I hated this new supervisor... she's sooo picky on everything she sees and nags me that i forget to do this, which is true. and i cleaned it up but mostly it s abt stupid vaccum and i already VACCUMED... i hated it. *sighs* my other supervisor is very understanding and she will do it for me if i forget, but this new supervisor. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i was working with other rooms, that can wait or write down on my paper instead of tapping me and telling me what to do!!!!!!! she pisses me off. like she have no patience!!!!
 
I feel like quitting my job ALL the time. But, I need money and I don't have anything to fall back on. I could work for a private ambulance company, but I really don't want a cut in pay.
 
oh yea.. i was work on welding on boat race... one person is hoh, treated me shyt.. think i cant do anything!!!! but i did! so this person treated me and tell on the boss on me n lied on me.. i dont do anything.. this person picky on me for 4 months , i been worked there 6 months.. so i fed up and quitted...
 
Oh yeah, there were times I wanted to walk out when we're doing a show, I personally got sick of the guys fighting back and fourth, even pushing and shoveling around when we get busy, or there were times they kept swearing soo much that I lost count of....Personally it just feel like I was in the middle of a drama that never ends!

Twice last summer the guys got into a huge fight and they both end up punching each others around, it was like a blood bath, because both guys end up bleeding pretty bad, and we had customers up front, which was soo embarrassed !...Sometimes I feel like working with a bunch of idiots who fights over silly things even it was little to begin with....

I know we all get tired from working 15-17 hours a day without having a break, but there just no reason for this....If the guys would have gotten much sleep then going out after work drinking and parties all night with the girls, then they wouldn't be that grumpy!...

If the new employees accept $6/hr., then it is fair. No one is forcing them to work that job. If they think $6/hr. is not enough, they will work some where else.

If new hired were paid more per hour than you and the senior workers, THAT would be unfair.
 
my first job was 6 buck an hour doing dishwashing... I totally hate that job, burn my hand alot..then what's worse but I loved my 2nd job earning 3.75 per hour making pizza deliveries plus TIPS... I love rush hour fat tips... my highest fat tips on one night was 150 bucks when I went home from work... oh well now I'm working at.... *aint telling you* :giggle:

Plus When I was working at Burger King years ago, I always end up doing almost everything, cleaning, working in the kitchen making sandwiches, doing fries, doing dishes, cleaning the boiler, clean the fryers and I felt like doing overworked of duties more than other employees, That is major reason why I kept getting raises really quick by the month. But, I cannot stand lazy people who just stood there and picking their noses instead of helping others as working as a team. When it closing time, I love to work as fast as I can to get out of there, but some employees don't care and they want to get paid just to loft around on the clock. Good grief. And that makes me wanna quit so bad.
 
Hahaha as you mention about quitting the job. Well I have been working for YMCA for 1 1/2 yrs. I have always wanted to quit that job cuz no raise and cut my hours of work. So I wasnt making enough money. Also my old boss left and got a new boss. Boy oh boy the director of the YMCA have change alot and becoming more meanier. So I was looking for a job and have applies so many jobs and nothing yet. Then yesterday I called in to let my boss know that my truck was in the shop and still in need of repair. He told me that I was terminated cuz the director want to hire the cleaning company outside YMCA so it will cost them more money. Or he fired me so I have no proof of that but I didnt care cuz I dont have to work there no more. YAY!!!!!!!!
 
I had heard from million times from my co-worker. We will contuine till something is up. You never know, just simply kneel and pray hard! :lol:
 
i seriously feel like quitting already and look for other job. lol not just cuz of the supervisor. its cuz its slow and also cuz no insurance since.... heck.. i dont know....
