I want to know if it a good or bad experience about it.. thanks!

I bought a Jeep off eBay. I'm located in Denver and the Jeep in Texas. After e-mailing the seller back and forth, and asking for countless pictures, I decided to bid to win. Sure enough, I won. But in the end, I was disappointed. It wasn't as nice in person as the guy described... he was probably exaggerating a bit, but too late. I bought it anyway. Next time I would prefer to see a vehicle in person before bidding. If too far, oh well, I'll just check the local dealership or private sellers.

Hubby bought a full-size loaded work van thru eBay. We live in SC, and the van was in MI. It was loaded with specialized equipment for Hubby's business. He emailed the seller back and forth, and asked many questions. Hubby took a bus to MI, paid for the van, and drove it back to SC. He is extremely pleased with the van, the equipment, the price, and the helpful seller. We have had it for two years now, and Hubby is still happy.

My daughter bought a mini-van thru an online service, not eBay. She lives in SC, and the mini-van was in FL. She is very pleased with her purchase also.

Satisfaction much depends on good research and communication.

my brother had bought very rare Audi Avant S6 thur ebay. he was very much in love with the S6. riding S6 on very first night, i almost wet my pant. it was awesome.

I had good experience, I am in Rochester, and that PU truck was in State of Maine. I got very good deal from this truck. I checked out the carfax for accuracy and any accidents or anything. NONE so far. The seller is somewhat odd, BUT being honest with everything. The only problem is that 10 days after I pick up my truck the head gasket blew! After doing some research, I found out it is VERY common for this engine to blow gasket after hitting 100k miles. Wish I had know that. But glad that I KNOW how to replace the head gasket, I wasn't thrilled to spend 3 days to do this job (Non-rush job). I have other vehicles, so it is not a big deal. The gasket set was only 130 dollars, and that was basically what I spent so far. Since that, I have zero problem!

So, WILL I buy again though E-bay in future? Probably yes! Hopefully for Jeep Wrangler or something like that.

Your best bet is check though Carfax! It cost probably around ten dollars, or you can get 10 look ups for 18 dollars something. Can't remmy that. It does help telling you wheather the vehicle your looking at is stolen, or was in flood or totalled or whatever... Small fee is major investment for unforeseen shits.

I know it is hard to tell if seller is being honest or not, BUT you can always check carfax and seller feedback ratings.

Never purchase vechile but my boyfriend's dad always bought junkies cars from there. Also, in past weeks ago, did sold my bf's truck in ebay, did successful. They came and picked it up, and said its very very NICE truck ever they see than others in ebay. And appreicated that we were honest w/ them.
