Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm seriously considering quitting Convo for once and all, and I'll tell you why.

You see, I kept suspecting someone had somehow gained access to my account, and it kept signing itself out and signing into another, unknown location, and that makes me mad. I may or may not be the only one this has happened to, but it pisses me off.

If you have had a similar thing happen, please do share your experience, as any comments are welcome. It does not have to be just Convo; it can be any one of them.

Why not you change your Convo password? It should solve your problem.

I have no problems with my Convo, Sorenson, Purple, and ZVRS in the present and in past. I use only Convo and Sorenson. I rarely use Purple. I dislike ZVRS due to ripping me off my work (I used to be a ZVRS installer in the past).

Did several times, and still the problem persisted. I eventually got fed up.

I did a bunch of stuff, and someone is still logging in I don't know where. Despite my best efforts, I cannot keep them at bay, and have decided to do away with Convo completely. They offered me a temporary password, but that's not enough. If someone is gonna keep logging into my VP's, I want my information safe and secure, and it does not appear to be.

I honestly have no idea. It could be, but I have other suspicions, too, but they're more serious, and I'd rather not say too much just yet.

Wouldn't that be nice? I'd like to know who the $#%! has been getting a hold of my account with Convo, and guessing my passwords. It makes me mad that every time I change it, they seem to guess it, and take my account right back. I made it clear that I wanted my info safe and secure before I even considered any further action.

Sounds like someone has installed a keylogger in your computer.

Not possible. That laptop has never left my sight, and it has strong antivirus on it. Plus, it's not just my laptop-- it's also happening on my tablet, too. Makes me wonder what goes on there.

It doesn't have to leave your sight for it to be installed without your knowledge. It can be done through opened emails, links, attachments, or you have to click on some thing while on the internet and then it downloads on your computer with out you knowing.
 
Do you sign in on multiple devices? Maybe the perso guessing your password is you?

Hmm. That might explain why someone's been able to easily guess my password. Now I think it's time to do away with the laptop completely and go all mobile with just my tablet and phone.
