for me, I have glasses like this type Jill Stuart JS 117 Eyeglasses except mine is purple with hearts on it along with my purple standard mini BTE hearing aids that goes over the bow LOL
i am having trouble with my little guys glasses and hearing aids..his are thick plastic frames and they seem to dislodge the hearing aids..its a pain in the ass so we are asking for those metal frames that loop under the ears..maybe those will work.

I've worn glasses and hearing aids for the last 17 years. Just enough space to squeeze both onto my ears. In fact I often wear inductive ear hooks as well, so I reckon my ears are super strong to hold up all that weight...

Metal temples for me. My current pair of eyeglasses are plastic except for the "side arms". I find the the thinner they are, the more comfortable my ears are.
I was first fitted with hearing aids when I was eleven but wore them only for a very short time before discarding them due to noise distortion resulting in headaches and irritation from the mold in my ear. When I was 14 I needed and got glasses. At 15 I tried HAs again - This time with 2 BTEs only to find that with wearing glasses too, they cut into my ears and got easily infected due to the humidity in the tropics. I stopped wearing HAs altogether now and I am very happy without them. But on a positive note about the aids - I have been told that you can get the aids specially fitted to your glasses so they do not rub or chaffe or cut into your ears.
I can't imagine. I wear glasses and can't even wear headband with them. Too much behind my ear. Headband knocks glasses out of place. HAs much bigger! Looks like would be so annoying.

Same here, HAs for forty years, glasses for thirty, you just get used to it! Also use fm receivers sometimes too, which makes HAs even larger, but the glasses have never been a problem.
I've got lots of scar tissue behind my left ear too, from mastoidectomy surgery when I was a kid, which very easily gets irritated. Despite this, wearing HAs and glasses is still OK, like I said you just get used to it.
