I was at doctor office and I told him I didn't have a mammogram in a few years and was dues for one. The DR. looked that my medical record and said I had one 6 months ago! I told him I didn't and the Dr. said yes you did it right here and I told the DR. that I would remember if had my breasts flatten like pancakes ! The jackass looked at medical record again and said " This is NOT your test and it doesn't belong in here !"
The Dr. told someone that I was 'stupid ' and someone in his office can't even read ! If I did have a mammogram 6 months ago and that other woman had cancer and her test ended up in my medical record the jackass Dr. would thought I had cancer. I don't go to that jerk anymore!
