Marlee Matlin hits the big four-oh today. :shock: How time flies—she won the best actress Oscar for COALG back when she was only 21. While she may not exactly be the most highly respected person in the Deaf community, I think the least we can do is give the old girl a hearty round of applause. :applause: Who knows—maybe someday she’ll be doing a vanity Google on herself and actually see it. :mrgreen:
 
40!? Man, I was about 16 years old when I first saw her in that movie "Children of a Lesser God", and she was in her 20s. Time has flown fast!! :)

:topic: I was watching TV yesterday and saw interview with Donny Osmond. He's going to be grandpa any day now. I can remmy watching Donny and Marie Show when I was in HS. :shock: :shock:

Wow same as my age 40 Happy B-day to Marlee!

I know she been graduated from Hersey High School in Chicago, she graduated class of 1984. I goes to Illinois School for the Deaf graduated class of 1983. I never meet her in my life but those who my friend is his classmate Marlee Matlin that proved me with his yearbook! lol She worn old fashion eyeglass for that photo in yearbook, but she looks so classy student! ;)
