WOW I knew the flu going around this year was bad, but I was shocked with how many people have died.

202 people in California so far this flue season and it is striking down people of all ages.

Yeah. There is a lot of cases here in the valley. Most people going to hospital right now is cuz of that.

Just saying what I heard on local news. If you want more information look it up.

There were 58 new reported deaths just this week. I had my flu shot so I am hoping I am safe.

 well, I'll tell you one thing..... flu shots and I do not get along, because something in those shots messes me up, so I've stopped getting them, and I seem to be doing just fine *knocks on heavy wood*

only a matter of time. were over due for a cleaning,

I wonder if this has anything to do with the water shortage, people may not be washing their hands long enough to save water ???

The health department in VA has MSRA stats weekly. Maybe it is a different strain? The flu shot this year was for the right flu strain.

Same here, flu shot made me very ill so not take one anymore.

Eat a lot of Vitamin C and wash your hand so you will be fine.

If you search H1N1 with your state name you will find all the information you need. It is a big issue nationwide.

Nope not due to water shortage, people do wash their hands.
Happens every year, everywhere, some years worse then others.
