One thing I hate about making relay calls, especially very important ones, is that right smack in the middle of an extremely important call such as if I'm giving out very important information, all of a sudden the relay operator goes "switching operators, please hold" and it puts my call at risk of being hung up on because many hearies on the other end will go "WTF?" and often hang up on me, and it makes me so frustrated!
