Gorgous Rental

Well my hubby and I have decided to rent for atleast another year.
We came across this beautiful rental.
The husband (landlord) was itchin to give us a contract and everything. We even offered him a security deposit right on the spot!
Completely rerenovated and a huge (I mean HUGE) backyard. It was right near a Parks and Trails area and deer were even known to come close to the fence in the backyard.

The wife however was kind of snotty. I fell in love with this house, and we met her when we dropped off the application to him. She was like well I have been talking to other people, so IF we don't hear from them we will call you. But I am pretty SURE she is going to take it.

We found out today we didn't get it.
I am almost heart broken. Had a beautiful finished basement too.

Oh well, there has to be something else out there for us.

As much as you may be heartbroken by not getting this rental, then again, it may be a good thing, not having to deal with the 'snotty' lady for days and months ahead? Hmm...?

I'm sure you and your family will find something real nice and soon. Best wishes on your search too! :)

aww sorry to hear that u didnt get it.. but then u wouldnt want to deal with that snooty lady?? ekk.. maybe its good that u didnt get it.. but keep looking for a wonderful house for your family.. Good Luck!!! :)

Aw, I am sorry to hear about that. Do hope that you will find a better and good landlord who will have a good heart to let you have a chance to get what house you really want. Good luck at househuntin' ! :hug:
 
I am sorry about you didnt get this place. We are lucky that we have a cool and nice landlord. We are renting a house. He dont live in Colorado anymore. He live in CA. We dont have to worry if he come snoop in. We can paint what we want.

I hope that you will find a nice house that you can rent.
 
Aww I am sorry that you didn't get that house...at least ya don't have to deal with snotty lady. :lol: I am sure you can find a better house than this or buy a house?
 
Sorry to hear about that Raingurl. Just keep looking you may find something better. I don't think I'd want a snotty landlord like that myself though. Mine was kinda like that at 1st until I showed him he wasn't gonna tell me what to do & how to live my life. Older guy trying to be a grandpa I guess..LoL
 
I know the feeling. Hang in there and keep looking.. we like the house we like so much but right now we have to keep looking for another houses just in case if someone else won and we don't. Ya know. We want to look for buying a house or renting.. doesn't matter as long it has everything we wanted and it's beautiful. :cool:

Yep, we are looking still. We want to stay near the
area I think because I don't want my girls having to switch schools.
