i need some advice,i got google chrome and every five mins agv keep flagging up that mass amounts of memory have gone and it google chrome that doing it...it advice shut down restart but that no make any difference help

Chrome has reputation for memory leak. I’m not sure how can we fix it and I hope someone chime in for solution.

The reason why the memory leak is a nasty thing to deal with Chrome is because Chromium tabs don’t release previously allocated memory, because it might still be needed later.

So here are some recommendations.

1) Keep restarting Chrome (Make sure you clear the cache EVERY time)

2) Clear your history!

3) Download some Chrome extensions such as: Click2Clear History or Memory About

My suggestion is to use Mozilla Firefox! :)

Next time download a web browser that comes with a spell check. You need that. :D

That is why there is a spell check, and caz12 is from UK.

Yes, most, if not all, browsers have a spell check feature, but many are not aware of it so they cannot exploit the nifty feature. Besides, people who are born in UK typically might not have English as their first language.

The spell check won't automatically correct the grammar and it is not guaranteed if your grammar is correct.

It isn't good idea to discuss about member's grammars in this forum but it is nice if you try to help to correct the misspelling.

Nearly all of caz12's spelling is correct, except for agv should be ago.

Who says caz12 need a grammar check? Read my post again.

It is not big deal about misspelling and we do make misspelling.

Authentic, We do misspell words from time to time. No one is perfect and besides, this is not a forum where we write lengthy reports for an English class. :)

Yup, spelling and grammar are relevant when come to check for correction, especially in MS Word or Pages. Safari checks spelling and grammar too.

Read caz12 posts, there are a lot of misspellings, which is why I offered caz12 to get a browser that comes with a spell check. By the way, was not necessary.

One out of many evidences:
that extreem weightloss diet is getting really blasted it not healthy..i take acai and proportional eating to what i did plus exercice....

It is my desire to use  because it isn't big deal to me.

Some AD members have problem with misspelling since Caz12 isn't alone.

The spell check won't give a complete correction because some misspelling are not correctable or won't give a exact spelling that want to call unless member have to figure it out to correct on their own.

If caz12's spelling bothers you so it is easy for you to ignore him. I did at most time because I don't have deal with headache when read some posts are heavily misspelling or bad grammars.

Seriously, guys? Please keep on topic and caz12 needs help with his Chrome and it would be nice to see others helping him out rather than seeing everyone arguing about spellchecker or grammar check.

I have seen those on several different sites, but there is no permanent fix for memory leak like Firefix did few years ago. :(

Are you using Chrome on Mac or Windows?

That's normal for a lot of internet browsers. If you're on them too long, they tend to slow down. That's why it helps to close, wait a minute or two, then restart the program.

There are plug-ins that help make Chrome run better.

I have Chrome and it's the best internet browser for me. I only use Internet Explorer for work. I used to use Firefox, until it started slowing down. Never had problems with Chrome since. :thumb:
