Kentucky cop helps woman finish race

(Not all white-cop/black citizen stories end badly.)

Encouragement is the best way to help her to race (running) which she was trying to lose weight. It is hard to lose weight. She is happy when being encouraged by her son and the police officer. Yes, there are some good cops and some bad cops. The Bad cops have lousy attitudes toward minorities and color of skins. No harm to the woman and her son. That is good news.

yeah, you're right about the bad cops/lousy attitudes, Bebonang...sigh...seems like, well, one time you're going along and then someone says or does -something - and it's like, well s#@t, there it is again.

and also the idea of encouragement...I'm proud and happy for that woman that she entered that race. Losing weight and getting more fit can be very discouraging or challenging. I hope she continues to get lots of encouragement. I was touched when I saw that news video of them.

I need to go back to working out.
