maybe someone can translate what the dude was sayin before jumping to conclusions-

from what I'm seeing it mite be the substance on the top that the goldfish are eating?
 
No you can't call them idiots. If you do , then we , americans, are idiots for eating cows and pigs alive or dead.

The water doesn't get boiled and the fishes don't get hurt. So, there's nothing wrong with it.

It's like having a fish aquarium and cats.

As long as the fishes don't get too close to the surface for the cats to snatch them up, the fishes are fine. :)

Yeah, I've seen aquarium made out of TV sets.
 
Well my take is goldfish in asian restaurants has sexual undertones.
