I have to go in for a psychiatric evaluation and don't know how long it will be. there has been mention of electric shock therapy, I don't know. please keep me in your thoughts and well wishes, I am scared.

i am going through therapy it will be year in march since i am in therapy i am getting better it takes time to get better smile

mostly people getting more serious like shock thearphy every years or month if never have one before.

i never had one before because im sezuire that no jokes!
