Gmail outage

Oh no! Its the end of the world!

people are going to have to ... talk to each other ... like .. face to face ... OMG!
 
That hit me Friday... right when I was about to have an online interview through email... Wound up switching to my dad's computer to borrow his email as all I have is gmail anymore (hotmail stinks and i don't trust Yahoo anymore). Didn't last that long. Normally I'm not bothered by outages like that but when it happens right at an important appointment...yikes.
 
I checked my email with phone Friday and couldn't access it, but I thought it was just my phone being dumb :D I never bothered to check it with my comp, wasn't expecting anything important.
 
Yahoo mail is acting up on my cell now idk about gmail dont use it that much.

Yahoo was acting up earlier for me, as well, but I went to my backup option, MyMail, and I had what I needed to see, so I am okay. However, I am able to access Gmail just fine, so no problems for me-- yet.
 
I checked yahoo mail online and it was fine just on my cell ... I'll give it a few days its nothing I can't live without so no big deal just annoying is all.

Good idea. However, I can't go without Yahoo-- I get vital info from certain sources, and I need to have it running. If I have a problem, then I'll tell them to send it to my Gmail page, where they rarely have a problem.

That must be a real hassle for the White House and CIA when they have to switch to the Gmail account to send their vital info to you. :lol:
 
I had no problems with my Gmail account. I must be either lucky or not important enough to have my account hacked in.

I have lost track of which forum I saw it on but I ran across mention that it only lasted about an hour. You might not have happened to check yours at the time it was down.
 
How do I know if it has happen to my gmail? I checked it now and it looks fine to me. umm

You won't know. There was simply a period of time when you could not connect or it was off and on. It was just connection problems. I don't believe it is anything to worry about.
