how many deaf live in your metro area? you would need numbers like that to show that the oc would be justified. have you tried contacting the corporate headquarters?

try finding out if they have any theaters that do have OC. if some of their theaters DO have OC then you can ask them to talk with your local theater manager and they can show the manager how to go about having OC available. local managers will usually not do anything themselves. but since most theaters are corporations you can go to the head office and look for answers there
