Those are the specs for the naida 3 and the naida v there are only a few things that the naida 3 doesn't have windblock I don't find to be the greatest because if it's really windy you can still hear it against your mics and its annoying, real ear sound I guess would be kinda more important in a hearing aid but I don't know the diff b/w having it and not having it, an quicksync isn't a huge deal either as it just means ull have to press a button on both aids instead of just one.
The difference between the SP and UP is power. The UP gives a bit more power than the SP and has a bit of a wider fitting range then the SP does. The battery also lasts a bit longer but that's because it doesn't use a sz 13 but a 675 I believe.
