so 500 in how long of a time span/ and overall used? 500 out of 1 million? thats not many, 1 in 3 that would be alarming...ect...
Real question is, Are you stupid enough to break the law to begin with... its your own fault if you get shocked or shot... Police should just shoot all criminals and save taxpayers money on jail and food to feed the worthless scums.
