We all know all about the "Constitution", But..... President Bush wanted this war to begin with, He mislead american people of course he mislead the congress, they fell for it, But if people would that smart enough to read Bush, then we wouldn't have this issue today or the past four years while he was the President, Think about that. It's so sad that people are so blind to read Bush.
