Hehehe the cat was not expecting that and zoomed fast! I hope the car wont have a scratch from the cat's claw while they run like hell!

That was so mean! I don't like that! I don't mind cats sit and sleep on my car... I am animal lover...:)

That's cruel. Poor cat. My cat love sitting on my car during the winter time on a sunny day cos it is nice & warm. Bear in mind, our winter here is mild like your (USA) falls.

Cats do love to sleep in cars. I have learned to check the back of my hubby's pick up truck to make sure the cat is not back there.

I actually saw a lady in a car in front of me run over a cat on the highway. The truck in front of the lady had a cat in the back and it freaked out and jumped out of the back of the truck. All three of us pulled over.. The owner and driver of the pick up was upset due to he took off with out knowing his wifes cat was in the back snoozing. It was sad.

Aww poor cat! That was mean. :( It reminded me of my cat I had named Lulu. When we had a pile of stuff in the back of the truck, ready to go to the flea market with my mom....I noticed Lulu came out hiding in the pile of the stuff meowing at the back window of the truck, I was like oh no....she came with us! We had to open the sliding door to let her in to come with us to the flea market, LOL!

lol

My parents lives in farm and my mom have 12 cats and when she turns her car on and cat killed by the belts in engine and ended up cat's blood all over in engine  She should've check cats in car before she turns start car.

That is my Chihuahuas name!

I get so picked on about naming her that!

Glad to know I'm not the only one that names a pet LuLu.. :D

ive seen the results of that. was cold weather and my sisters father in law came home. he had cats. one crawled up in the engine compartment since the engine was warm... when he started the truck to go somewhere later the cat was still in there. it was a mess.

Yeah, that happened to me. Started my truck when a cat was sitting in my engine. Now, I have a hearing problem and even I could hear that cat screaming for life. It managed to escape, but when I went check on it, it was in such poor condition that I had to take my gun and put it out of its misery.

that is why i wont buy cat! too stupid! dog is much better ! that is my option..

I always make sure my cats done go near my truck or anyone's car. It happened to one of my friend's father's car and it was a mess.

(groans)

It happened to a great-aunt of mine. She started the car while the cat was sleeping inside the engine. The cat wasn't so lucky. My aunt now always knock the hood before she starts the car.

It's unlikely to happen nowadays as they changed the design of the engine because of the cats. It was pretty common back then.

While I admit that was funny but same time that was cruel. You wouldnt like that happening to you when u are resting on someone's car, would you?

but you're not supposed to rest on someone's car. In some states - you can get shot for that! better water balloon than bullet, si? :cool2:

oh, that was mean. at least the cat is still alive. poor cat, hope cat won't come back to that area again.

lol! funny, but kinda mean, really. i wouldnt do that myself
though. I would simply just shoo it off.

I once had a silly old lady neighbor complaining to me that
my cat got on her (it turned out that it wasnt my cat)
her car and said that cat's paws emits oil and leaves oily
prints on the car paint so therefore it can damage the paint!
I was like :squint: so i told her "no way that cats have oily
paws" no such thing..she got angry with me! I prove my point
by wiping the car off with a cotton cloth and the prints came
right off! She just looked at me and said nothihg..just turned
up her nose up in the air and walked away.....hehe...:giggle:
