Thank you for proving my point. Regardless of whether the article was about outing gay people or not, why should it matter if we are deaf, dog loving, (of which I am AND cat loving 
) older, gay, single, married, whatever? IMO there is a line that has to be drawn as to what employers need to know about our private lives.
