In a world where I've been used to sounds, I've been trying to put myself in "deaf shoes" to try to think differently. But there are some things I cannot imagine doing without sound, so I'd like your help.
How do you call attention to a group when outdoors. I know you can flick the lights when indoors, but I wanted to know how this works when you can't control the lighting.
In a bathroom stall, if I'm unsure if there's someone in there I knock and ask "is there anyone there"? If there is someone in there, they usually call out "occupied". How does that work without sound?
