Hello Everyone! Just a heads up that later this week AllDeaf.com will be upgraded to a newer, better forum software. Please make sure you make backups of any album pictures, private messages, etc. that you may want to keep.

Although I will go to great lengths to ensure that no data will be lost, I cannot guarantee that your data will not be affected during the upgrade.

I'll keep you guys posted.

I noticed that AD removed like system. :hmm:

Like i said somewhere else, I think he disabled the "like" function temporarily. I don't know if the newer version(s) of vBulletin even has that function...unless it is an extra mod that can be added (other forums I've been on with vB doesn't have the like bit).

Looking forward to see how the upgrade works out- whatever happens I hope the dark skin stays- I love it.
 
Where's the "Plus 1" on the keyboard? I have a Mac.....
 
It is noted that checking AD on my iMac and it did not affect my iMac. But, I did check AD on my PC laptop and a big, bright red site malware warning popped in my face. Later, my work blocked this site due to malware issues.

Well, I have always had Macs and I got the malware warnings, too but I saw somewhere that the site (AD) was, in fact clean....was just a matter of time before word got out that the site's good.....then there was the separate issue of an upgrade which confused things......
 
I had the Malware warning, too. I think I had it for two days. Then I thought I should try AllDeaf on the new address and it worked. So now I understand that Alex is upgrading the forum here. Yep, I noticed that there is no "like" buttons on the forum. I hope Alex fix that "like" buttons. :)
