For those with Sensorineural Hearing Loss...

Do you also have severe, debilitating episodes of vertigo and vomiting that can leave you in bed for 2 weeks at a time?

Is that an extreme symptom of meniere's? I was born deaf and have no other symptoms than the occasional mild tinnitus.

Nope...was never diagnosed with miniere's.

Just wondering if it is one of those things that come with SNHL or if I'm in the minority...haha.

Yes, for years before doctors figured it out a few months ago. Not related to my sensorinueral hearing loss.

Turned out I am gluten intolerant. :\ Go figures.

Haha. Nice.

Guess what it turned out I was allergic to?

Chicken McNuggets.

I ate them all the time growing up. And I would always get serious vertigo afterwards. We never made the connection until a few years ago. Haven't had a bout of vertigo since I stopped eating them.

No other chicken does that to me.
