Can you still hear Music by turning the volume way up? Or with an power amplifier?
For those who had Hearing now deaf. Answer this question

The problem is defining the word "deaf". To me deaf means silence. One can't hear with either a Hearing Aid or Implant.
I have tested your question: disconnect my Implant and heard nothing at singles dances which has loud music.
Someone suggested putting one's hand on a loud speaker feel the vibrations and claim they "heard music". I don't consider "vibrations" as music.
I still have auditory memory of much music.
