Agree with your last two sentences, it's just another bonus for relationship, and about your last sentence, I agree, it's not fair if a person says "I don't want to be relationship but want sex." It does not bother me if I was with other person that aren't my relationship, but it DOES bother if that person says "I don't want to be in relationship but just want the sex with you".
