Seriously, you've made a point. Here's an idea of the potential mess it will become: Most Americans will even need somebody to translate the above mentioned article for them. Another concern, I have noticed doctors quitting their practices for educational/advisory positions. If the IRS can barely enforce what is owed, I am really interested to see how this legislation is managed.

Yeah everyone has to have insurance in 2014 or pay a fine. I would love to know how homeless people are going to able to pay a fine when they have no $$$ .Will people go to jail if they do not pay the fine and having to paid a fine is insane ! If someone has just a enough money to buy some food or the fine should they go hungry and pay the fine?? This bill is being called affordable insurance , and would like to people are being threaten to buy insurance or pay a fine. I see nothing affordable about this . This is so wrong on all level .

They wouldn't have to pay a fine, if the cost of insurance would be 8% of your income, or more, the tax is waived.
 
All Americans need to keep in mind that the insurance industry has been ramping up their profit margin steadily since they funded the destruction of the Clinton health care package. They were cruising along at a nice %7 percent profit and then changed to an aggressive plan of maximizing profit every way they could. They caused the Affordable Care Act to happen.
They caused it and then they spend millions to fight it. Why? Is it about survival? No it is about the fact that these parasites on the healthcare system will be held to a %15 profit. Oh the pain to make just so many billions in profit.
They have bought quite a number of politicians because they want to continue the outrageous hosing of the American people. They do not provide healthcare they provide a high priced layer of corrupt bureaucracy to the tune of billions of dollars. It is just one of the incredibly stupid things that happens when corporations control the government.
