I don't understand why you are confused. My post was very clear.
I said if and I mean a big if it is true that mothers put their children in harms way by having them sleep over at MJ's for the sake of money, then the mother's need to be examined or social services involved. There would have to be proof first!!!
You don't need to remind me it's child protection law cause thats what I bought up in my post.
So far MJ has not been found guilty, but there are rumours that he has paid off families before for incorrect behaviour.
You can't blame the mum's cause at the moment he has never been found guilty but I must admit after all the rumours I would not allow my children there over night.
Pedophiles are some of the sickest slimiest criminals around as they make friends with the children and the parents and then make the children feel guilty.
If this bastard is hiding behind his money he should have the worst possible punishment. Unfortunately it is proving that the justice system is fair and fairer to the rich who can buy their way out of anything.
This case will be the worst of publicity and politics ever. It should be a closed case with no publicity to try and get some justice, but I believe it will be just a circus.
We will never know the truth.
In Aust convicted pedophiles when released are monitored and now have to wear a GPS tracking device around their ankles as so many have reoffended.
This is to keep them away from schools etc and if caught straight back to jail.
Not a nice type of person.
