They tend to be very expensive compared to regular but I use in cooking and taste is way superior

I only can find it at more Upscale food store, not regular one in my experience. But it is worth every penny.

Gee, I don't know why . I just looked up pomegranate and it helps lower blood sugar too. I need to lower mine and I hate taking meds , too many awful side effects.

I don't know, I will have to try putting it on after and see if there is a taste difference . That is a good question!

I think the taste is a little strong putting it on my oatmeal after cooking it. I wonder it cooking it made it less beneficial .
