Mac-n-cheese at Thanksgiving???? It is only recently that I have seem some mention of it in posts but NEVER in real life and my memories go back to the 1940's in Southern Illinois.

It's an annual thing at my house; since I can remember. Popular enough, my sister asked me to make it yesterday for Easter. I hope everyone had a nice holiday; if it was one for you and yours.
