I have my doubts about that article, it claims that non organic potatos wont sprout, plenty of potatos have sprouted on me

and I agree with a lot in the article but yea, Ausrider - true...regarding the potatoes- I've bought both conventional and organic potatoes and both types have sprouted for me.

Same here , I had some potatoes that had sprouts and I cut the sprouts off and planted them in my garden and guess what I had growing , potatoes ! They tastes great . I got more than I thought I would .
I agree with the apples ,they been tasting awful lately and they are being pick green too. The skin on the apples look way too shiny ,you could use them for a mirror if they where any shinier.
