Well- I doubt phonak themselves give out loaners, but I know many Audiologists will provide loaners for thier customers.Evilqueen- maybe it didnt lose FM, maybe the digital programming somehow got lost and just needs to be reprogrammed? Its a 5 mins fix in the office and free. Well- at least it was for me. where are you located ?
